We value our clients and appreciate your business. For both the protection of our clients and our company, please read the following policies, terms, and conditions - as these apply to all residential services provided by 967 Cleaning Services.
Cleaning Consultation Fee There is a one time cleaning consultation fee of $40.00 to be paid the day of our appointment. However, the fee will be credited to you when we perform any one of our services.
Arrival Notice Because our cleaning team takes the necessary time to leave each property spotless, we cannot guarantee the exact time we will arrive at your property. If you wish to wait for your provider to give them access to your home, please realize that we can give windows of about 4 hours (i.e. 8-12, etc.). Many things can affect our scheduled service such as cancellations, lockouts or customers adding services. We value your time and want to be as proactive as possible. Leaving a key at our office is the most effecient way for you to arrange your service provider access to your home/office or we can discuss other options.
24-hour Guarantee
Our main goal is to help our clients maintain their property investment. If you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning, simply inform our office within 24 hours of the time we performed the services and we will happily reclean the area with which you are dissatisfied.
Cancellation
If it is necessary to cancel/skip any scheduled cleaning day, please notify us two business days before the scheduled day. That will allow us to reassign the service provider or team to another appointment. If we receive less than two days notice, or can't access your home, it will be necessary for us to charge full price of your cleaning.
Pets
Be assured that we will be friendly to your pets and won't let them out of the property. We know, however, that sometimes pets do not like strangers on their property. For your protection and ours, we ask that you secure your pets before the cleaning team arrives.
Method of Payment We currently accept two methods of payment: cash or check.
Payment
Please place your cash or check in plain view on the kitchen table or counter before our service provider/team arrives. This is confirmation that you want our service. We'll assume you did not want your property cleaned if you do not leave payment. There is a $25 fee for returned checks.
Refunds
Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to our clients. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with our services. Please see our 24-hour guarantee if you are dissatisfied with our cleaning. There are no refunds for gift certificate purchases.
Employee Referral You are legally responsible for an employment referral fee of $10,000.00 per employee, should you immediately employ anyone currently employed by 967 Cleaning Services or who has been employed by us within the 1 year period prior to such employment. We don't expect this to ever happen but as a business we must protect ourselves. Our skilled employees are our company biggest asset. We hope that we never have to lose one under this situation. You agree to pay this fee whether you notify us of your action or we discover this employment autonomously at any time after it takes place. The client further agrees to reimburse us for any collection and legal fees we incur in collecting the employment referral fee.
